The East African Journal of Research and Innovation (EAJRI) is an open-access journal. All articles are freely available online immediately upon publication without subscription or access charges. Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Sponsorship and Funding Disclosure

History of the Journal
The East African Journal of Research and Innovation (EAJRI) was established on August 18, 2025, with the mission of providing a credible platform for interdisciplinary research and innovation emerging from Africa and beyond. From its inception, the journal has embraced open access and international collaboration to ensure the broad dissemination of impactful research.

Archiving Policy
EAJRI is committed to long-term preservation of published content. The journal participates in the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS digital preservation systems, ensuring that all articles remain permanently accessible even in the event of the journal’s discontinuation. In addition, authors are encouraged to deposit copies of their articles in institutional or subject-based repositories.
